The project is being implemented in two main sites; one is in Cox's Bazar (map) area - the courtry's long and biodiversity rich coastal zone which includes three ECAs;

                1.    Teknaf Peninsula

                2.    St. Martin's Island

                3.    Sonadia Islands

The other site is Hakaluki Haor (map) the most important and largest inland freshwater wetland inter connected with several hundreds of beels located in Moulovi Bazar and Sylhet district.
